Keywords: speech, prosodics, preschoolers, active method of music therapy, ontomusic therapy, system of Karl Orff.

Abstract

Introduction. In the article the results of theoretical and empirical analysis of the prosodic component of speech, the features of its manifestation in preschool children are given.

Purpose. The purpose of the study is to theoretically determine the specifics of prosody and the ways of its development.

Methods. To solve the research problem, a set of methods was applied, in particular: theoretical, empirical, psychological and pedagogical, data processing methods and methods of G.A. Volkova for the study of the timbre of the voice, the rhythmic structure of speech, the active vocabulary of the child, vocabulary.

Results. A theoretical analysis of prosody is carried out – the spoken side of speech, a complex of complex elements that includes rhythm, tempo, timbre, logical stress, etc., which serves to express different syntactic meanings and categories, as well as expression and emotions. Attention is focused on the emotionality of speech as the basis for the actualization and development of all the above-mentioned prosody components that form the sound culture of speech. It is certain that emotionality is the basis of art, in particular, musical art, which can become an emotional basis in the development of the sound culture of speech, and therefore in the development of the prosodic component of preschool speech. In the context of the active method of music therapy, the features of the use of ontomusic therapy are presented, where music is born in direct contact with a child with the help of rhythm, movement, actions in singing, sound, dance, playing instruments, vocals, writing music, as well as the Karl Orff system, which includes improvisation, free music making of children in combination with elements of plastics, choreography, theater, where each of the means of musical influence carries a special psychological meaning, emotional significance. A structural-system model of ontomusic therapy has been developed. The structural and functional model of the Karl Orff system is presented and analyzed. A conceptual model of the main components of prosody and means of musical expression is schematically presented. The structural and functional mechanism of speech development of preschool children by means of active music therapy has been identified and characterized.

Conclusions. It is concluded that the ontomusic therapy and the Karl Orff system presented by us have increased the level of creativity, emotionality, creative imagination, significantly improved the sound-orthoepic speech parameters of prosody, in particular, the indicators have increased: perception and recreation of rhythm, modal intonation meanings, sound expression of timbre, speech breathing has changed qualitatively, etc.
